Oxboro Family
Chiropractic is staffed by an eight
member team: three doctors of
chiropractic; an operations manager;
three chiropractic
assistants, and an outreach
specialist. Our chiropractic
assistants are experienced in
coordinating patient treatment
plans, scheduling, and handling
insurance needs.

Jason E. Zimmerman, D.C.
Dr. Zimmerman opened Oxboro
Family Chiropractic in
January of 2000. He is a
leading chiropractor in
Minnesota specializing in
correction and wellness
care. He uses proven
techniques and approaches in
treating patients of all
ages and body types. Dr.
Zimmerman is a member of the
Minnesota Chiropractic
Association and provides
guidance and mentoring
support to prospective and
current students at
Northwestern Health Sciences
University.
Prior to starting this
clinic, Dr. Zimmerman worked
as an independent consultant
for another chiropractic
office. He holds a
degree in law enforcement
from Normandale College, as
well as a Bachelor of
Science in Human Biology and
a Doctor of Chiropractic at
Northwestern Health Sciences
University.

Brian J.
Foley, D.C.
Dr. Foley joined Oxboro Family
Chiropractic with over four
years of experience as a
practitioner. Prior to
earning his degree in
Chiropractic at
Northwestern Health
Sciences University in
2007, Dr. Foley spent five
years in the field of
sports training and
evaluating performance
through the application
of biomechanics, anatomy,
and neuroscience.
Dr. Foley's training also
included a Bachelor of
Science in Kinesiology in
1998 from the University
of Minnesota and five
years of work experience
as a sports trainer at
Acceleration Minnesota.
Dr. Foley is a member of
the Minnesota Chiropractic
Association and lives
in Shakopee with his wife
and two children. His
interests include golf,
basketball, and
volleyball.

Nick C.
Okins, D.C.
Dr. Okins is the newest Chiropractic
Associate at Oxboro Family
Chiropractic. Dr. Okins
spent a year interning at
Oxboro Family Chiropractic
prior to earning his
Doctorate of Chiropractic
at Northwestern Health
Sciences University. His
educational experiences
included pre-medical
coursework at St. Cloud
State University and a
Bachelor of Sciences in
Human Biology at
Northwestern Health
Sciences University.
Dr. Okins is a member of the
Minnesota Chiropractic
Association and has been
active in a number of
professional activities
while pursuing his
education, including
serving as a Student
Ambassador and the Sports
Chiropractic Club. Dr.
Okins grew up in Minnesota
and enjoys hunting,
competing in and watching
sports, and spending time
with his family and
friends.

Amy Nguyen,
B.A.
Ms. Nguyen is the Operations
Manager at Oxboro Family
Chiropractic, overseeing
daily operations, insurance
inquiries, HIPAA
administration, human
resources, and business
policy. She has over five
years of experience at
Oxboro Family Chiropractic
managing the daily
operations of the clinic.
She
holds a Bachelors of Arts in
Psychology from University of St. Thomas
in St. Paul and is currently
pursuing her Masters at
Capella University. In her
free time she enjoys
reading, spending time with
her friends and family, and
going to the movies.

Melinda
Gomez,
C.A.
Mrs.
Gomez is
the Chiropractic Assistant
at Oxboro Family
Chiropractic. She
assist patients with
scheduling appointments,
following up, and
gathering insurance
information. Mrs. Gomez
brings a wealth of
experience in providing
customer relations.
Her
educational experiences
included two Associate
degrees at Inver Hills
Community College. Ms. Gomez
has also worked for the
State of Minnesota as a
Correctional Office prior to
joining Oxboro Family
Chiropractic. In her free
time, she enjoys
spending time with her
family and her new puppy.

Fox,

Ms.
Fox is
a Chiropractic Assistant at
Oxboro Family Chiropractic.
Her responsibilities include
the organization and
assistance of patients with
their scheduling needs.
In her free time she loves
to volunteer at a local
elementary school, create
scrapbooks, sew, cook, and
spend time with her family. |

Montero,
C.A.
Ms. Montero
is a Chiropractic Assistant
at Oxboro Family
Chiropractic. She is bilingual, speaking both
Spanish and English. She assists patients
with scheduling. Ms. Montero
received a diploma in
Medical Assistant at
Hennepin Technical College
and is advancing her
education as a Registered
Nurse.

Stella SiWan Zimmerman, M.A.
Mrs. Zimmerman provides
outreach support to ensure total
patient satisfaction. She is a member of the
American Evaluation
Association and has a
consulting practice in
Minneapolis that
works with various
organizations throughout
Minnesota and nationally to
improve program efforts and
performance (www.acetinc.com).
Mrs. Zimmerman holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Family
Studies and Human
Development from Arizona
State University and a
Masters in Public Policy and
Program Evaluation from the
Hubert H. Humphrey Institute
of Public Affairs,
University of Minnesota.
